Easy Ramen For One




  1. In a medium size pot, bring bone broth to a boil with frozen edamame. Make sure to watch closely, it will boil over fast.
  2. Once bone broth is boiling, add the ramen noodles, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Use a fork to break up the noodles once they are tender.
  4. Allow to boil until noodles are al dente (or cooked how you like)
  5. Pour ramen into a bowl. Add in the olive oil with truffles and siracha and stir. Top with green onion and cheese if using.
