Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

The easiest and most delicious meal for a stress-free start to your day. 


  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1/2 small banana sliced
  • 1/3 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tablespoons nut butter (I use almond)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nut milk (I use almond)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup (optional)


  1. In a medium size sealable jar, add blueberries and bananas first. Add all other ingredients ending with the nut milk. 
  2. Place the lid on tight and shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined. 
  3. Refrigerate overnight
