Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

If you have never had overnight oats before, I urge you to make this Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats recipe ASAP. I love overnight oats for breakfast for many reasons. For one, they are the easiest breakfast meal ever, they are delicious, versatile, and full of healthy ingredients, including fiber.

So what are overnight oats?

If you are not familiar with overnight oats, then your life is about to be changed my friend! Essentially, you put all ingredients into a sealable jar and shake to incorporate the ingredients, then you refrigerate the oats overnight and it becomes this amazing consistency. The best part is that you don’t have to cook the oats! You can eat the oats cooled or warm them after they have set overnight. THE. EASIEST. RECIPE. EVER.

I switch between savory and sweet meals for breakfast but this is my go-to dish when I want something sweet. I want the oatmeal to taste sweet but not overly sweet because after all, it is breakfast. So I made sure that this recipe is only sweetened with natural sugars.

If you have a grain free diet, not to worry! Just add extra chia seeds and omit the oats for a delicious blueberry muffin chia seed pudding.


Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

The easiest and most delicious meal for a stress-free start to your day. 


  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1/2 small banana sliced
  • 1/3 cup gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tablespoons nut butter (I use almond)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened nut milk (I use almond)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup (optional)


  1. In a medium size sealable jar, add blueberries and bananas first. Add all other ingredients ending with the nut milk. 
  2. Place the lid on tight and shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined. 
  3. Refrigerate overnight
