I love a good virgin mojito, especially in the summertime. There is something about lime and mint that tastes so refreshing on a hot summer day.
When I was on my honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, I’m pretty sure I drank like three virgin mojitos a day. They are the perfect beach drink! Not only are they super delicious but you can serve them in so many cute ways, perfect for a summer dinner party!
The Best Virgin Mojito
A traditional mojito has a ton of sugar so I have created a recipe with natural sugars instead. With the fourth of July creeping up on us, this would be the perfect drink to serve your guests! So get to drinking and have a happy holiday.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- juice from 3 limes
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon melted honey
- 8 ounces sparkling water
Instructions
In a vitamix blender or whatever blender you have (other than a nutribullet), pour honey, lime juice, & mint leaves. * I melt honey in microwave for 20 seconds before pouring it into the blender.
Blend on the lowest setting for approximately 1-2 minutes to muddle the mint.
*If there is not enough liquid to blend the mixture, pour 4 ounces of the sparkling water into the blender and blend.
After lime juice mixture has been blended well and mint leaves are muddled, strain mixture. I use a nut milk cloth.
Once mixture is strained, add sparkling water.
Muddle 2-3 mint leaves in a glass with a spoon and serve mojito over ice.
